General Terms and Conditions

1. General remarks
   The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply for all deliveries. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall only be applicable if they have been expressly approved in writing by Basten Air-Systeme AG.
2. Prices
   The prices for our products are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and can be converted into any other currency at the daily exchange rate.
3. Quotes
   We prepare a quote in the desired currency for every enquiry. This includes the prices of the product and the costs of transportation. Written quotes are valid for a period of three months from their date of issue.
4. Taxes
   Products that are delivered outside of Switzerland (exports) shall not be subject to Swiss value-added tax (0.0%). Please note that the purchaser will be charged an import tax by their home country. This import tax differs depending on the country of destination and is roughly the same as the value-added tax applicable in that country.
5. Payment
   The entire amount is due for payment with the order. The order will leave our production facilities within 24-48 hours of receipt of the purchase price.
6. Dispatch and delivery periods
   We entrust our shipments to SwissPost for delivery. They have the best and most reliable partnerships worldwide to ensure the fastest possible deliveries. Depending on the country of destination, deliveries usually take between 7-12 days following receipt of the order. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery periods.
7. Warranty
   The purchaser must notify Basten Air-Systeme AG of any defects within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
8. Place of performance / competent court
   The place of performance is Unterseen-Interlaken. The sole court of jurisdiction is that with jurisdiction for the place of business of Basten Air-Systeme AG in Unterseen-Interlaken (Switzerland).

Costs of shipping and transportation

We are able to specify the exact costs of shipping and transportation with the quote. These costs are around € 55 for shipments within Europe. The cost of deliveries to the USA/Canada, Africa or Asia are around $ 90-100.
